1. General Terms

By purchasing products from Whacky Woggles, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All sales are subject to availability.

2. Manual Bank Transfer Payment Policy

Whacky Woggles operates a Manual Bank Transfer Only payment process for this version of the store:

• Upon checkout, you will receive an order reference number formatted as WW-XXXX and our bank account details.
• Orders remain in AWAITING_PAYMENT status until full payment is received in our bank account.
• You must include your exact order reference (e.g. WW-0001) as the bank transfer reference.
• If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the order may be cancelled and items returned to stock.

3. Dispatch & Postage

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail / UK standard courier within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. Postage is charged at a flat rate as displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an un-paid or paid order prior to dispatch, please contact us with your order reference. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
