1. General Terms

By purchasing products from Whacky Woggles, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All sales are subject to availability.

2. Card Payment Policy

New orders use secure card checkout through Stripe:

• Prices, discounts and delivery are confirmed before payment.
• An order is paid only when Stripe confirms the payment. Returning to the shop does not itself confirm payment.
• Unpaid checkout reservations expire and their stock is released. If payment is cancelled or fails, the basket remains available.

3. Dispatch & Postage

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail following payment confirmation. Delivery charges depend on country, postcode and parcel requirements and are displayed before payment. Any mainland UK free-delivery offer shown in the basket applies before payment. Free local collection remains available in Exeter.

4. Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an un-paid or paid order prior to dispatch, please contact us with your order reference. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
